Collaborating across cross-functional teams to ensure unique brand voice and presentation for multiple clients
Working with our creative director and account teams to produce engaging social media graphics, brochures, digital materials, video and powerpoint presentations, and other designs for a variety of clients and digital channels
Proven visual presentation, typography and design skills, including branding and visual identity, brochure and print layout, website, mobile and email template design, and digital/social graphic creation
Clear visual sense for branding and identity
Strong attention to detail in a multi-tasking environment
Desire to learn and develop new skills necessary for a career as designer, multimedia content producer, and marketer
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 to 5 years experience in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing Design or related field
Sample Design portfolio demonstrating mastery in visual communication and graphic design fundamentals such as composition, layout, typography and color theory
Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suites (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop required)
Experience creating designs for and working in WordPress and MailChimp or similar email automation platform
Familiarity with Google Workspace (G-Suite) and Mac
BONUS: Experience with UI, UX, custom WordPress website development, writing and editing code, wireframe development, social media, SEO and analytics are all a plus, but not required.
BONUS: Photography and/or videography skills; video editing experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
BONUS: Experience managing social media accounts and creating content for businesses and/or non-profits
Work in an onsite and remote team atmosphere, collaborating with our creative director, account teams, content writers, digital and video specialists.
Meet with account teams and/or creative director to determine the scope of a project
Take direction but also thrive in the creative process when taking projects from conceptualization to completion
Create clear, concise designs that target specific audiences and convey the appropriate messaging
Select brand-cohesive colors, images, fonts, text styles, and layouts
Incorporate changes recommended by the creative director, account teams or clients into the final design
Review designs for errors before printing or publishing
Manage multiple projects and work independently, as well as with a team, to complete work correctly and efficiently to meet appropriate deadlines.
